Timing isn’t everything, but…

Sometimes timing is critical when it comes to putting your house on the market.  We ended up with multiple offers on the home we put on the market right before Christmas.  Having the house available for qualified buyers when they were ready to shop was a critical factor in getting it sold quickly – we closed escrow last week.

Busy at Christmas?

Seller’s often ask if there is any point in having their home for sale over the holidays. On Thursday night I entered my latest listing into the Multiple Listing Service and updated the photo on Friday. On Christmas day, Saturday, two agents emailed with clarifying questions and we had multiple showings yesterday and today. Buyers are out there and they are looking.
